Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit papers (between 12 and 15 pages) using the author guidelines provided by Springer. Submitting papers exceeding 15 pages is not permitted. Templates for Word (preferred) and Latex can be found here. Authors should provide 3 to 6 keywords related to the conference topics.

Authors are strongly encouraged to consider submitting their papers to the special sessions if their paper’s technical focus is within the scope of one of the available special sessions.

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer as Proceedings in IFIP Advances in Information and Communication Technology (AICT). Volumes published as part of the IFIP AICT are made available through several indexing services including Clarivate Analytics’ Web of Science and Scopus. High-quality papers will be invited to submit an extended version to well-known international journals.

Here you find the license-to-publish agreement. This should be signed by hand by the corresponding author on behalf of all of the authors of the paper. Then it should be uploaded together with the final paper and the source file via Conftool.

In accordance with the EU Accessibility Act and the commitment of Springer to Accessibility at Springer Nature, our proceedings have to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) which Springer Nature follows regarding the (technical) layout and the presentation of the electronic versions. Please note that authors of accepted papers will be requested to submit documents for complying with these guidelines in addition to the camera-ready manuscript.
